Wolfenstein Youngblood is a lot more open than the previous games in the series, and it's absolutely essential to be able to fast travel so that you won't have to spend ages travelling to areas where you can pick up a quest.
Luckily for us, it's rather easy to fast travel in Wolfenstein Youngblood. All you need to do is to locate an orange exit post / door symbol. These are all around the place, so you should not have too much trouble finding one. When you do, interact with it to open the map. This will show you all the available places you can fast travel to, and just select your desired point and click on the Square / X to fast travel.
You can also fast travel back to the main hub, The Catacombs, at any time as long as you are not in combat. All you need to do in order to fast travel back there is to hold down Sqaure on PS4, X on Xbox One or Y on Nintendo Switch, and you are back in the hub. There's also a fast-travel point in the Catabombs, so from there you can go anywhere.
